Aue is hiring a Career Outcomes Enhancement Manager to oversee the development of experiential learning opportunities, such as internships, co-op programs, and industry-sponsored projects, to improve student readiness for the workforce.
The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage comprehensive employability programs that align with industry needs and student career aspirations.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local, national, and international industries to provide students with internship, job placement, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to integrate practical upskilling initiatives into the curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with employers, alumni, and industry stakeholders, and possess strong leadership skills.
A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field from an accredited university is required.
