About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough internal audits of financial and operational processes within our hospitals and clinics. You will evaluate compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, identify areas of risk, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CA is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
