We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team at EMerchantPay Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

We empower businesses to design seamless and engaging payment experiences for their customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in line with operating guidelines and standard procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Process customer requests and coordinate with Team Leaders/Managers and Department Heads to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues coordinating with Team Leaders and Department Heads to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions according to standard procedures.
  • Maintain operational standards by adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Support Team Leaders/Managers in implementing quality assurance programs to maintain standards of quality and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written Portuguese & English language skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and quick thinking.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required (morning, afternoon, or night).
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
