We empower businesses to design seamless and engaging payment experiences for their customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in line with operating guidelines and standard procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Process customer requests and coordinate with Team Leaders/Managers and Department Heads to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues coordinating with Team Leaders and Department Heads to ensure prompt resolution.
- Document all customer interactions according to standard procedures.
- Maintain operational standards by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Support Team Leaders/Managers in implementing quality assurance programs to maintain standards of quality and productivity.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written Portuguese & English language skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and quick thinking.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required (morning, afternoon, or night).
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
