Job Description:

Company Overview: Micah Solutions FZE is a leading industrial services provider in the Oil & Gas sector, focused on expanding inspection, maintenance, and repair services within the downstream sector.

Sales Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to lead client acquisition and revenue growth efforts across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting refineries, petrochemical plants, storage terminals, and service providers.
  2. Identify and build relationships with new clients across the UAE and GCC.
  3. Lead tendering, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
  4. Support company registration with key operators and industry entities.
  5. Align sales initiatives with internal operations, manpower, and technical capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development in the downstream oil & gas sector.
  2. Strong understanding of the UAE and wider GCC downstream industry landscape.
  3. Existing network within refineries, petrochemical companies, and industrial operators.
  4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
