The Opportunity
As an Executive Operations Manager, you will lead our organization's lines of business, making key policy and strategic decisions, developing operational policies, and promoting a company culture that encourages high morale and performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing inspired leadership and oversight.
- Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
- Helping promote a company culture that fosters top performance and high morale.
- Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and planning their events and calendar as required.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Working with the board of directors to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company.
- Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field, at least 4+ years of experience in management, operations, and leadership, and a solid understanding of general finance and budgeting. Strong communication skills, ability to build consensus, and excellent teamwork are also essential.
