Main Responsibilities:
  • Create intricate drawings and plans for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to ensure that MEP drawings meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Examine and interpret technical specifications, sketches, and layouts to generate accurate MEP drawings.
  • Guarantee compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Deep understanding of ADDC standards is vital.
  • Awareness of authorities' rules and regulations is necessary.
  • Participate in the preparation of material takeoffs, schedules, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Construction Drawing Expert or similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
