Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and authorities, to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved.
- Review and approve technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Minimum of 22 years of experience in relevant works, such as road, bridge, tunnel, and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken; preferably knowledge of Arabic.
- Proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex project information to stakeholders.
