We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Manager to lead and manage our change management strategy and roadmap by adopting a comprehensive approach. This individual will facilitate seamless transitions for employees, overseeing business value realization and establishing a strong foundation for identifying interventions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. They will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent discipline along with a Master's in Business Administration or Organization development.
- 5-6 years' experience within the domain, including experience in Oil & Gas providing organizational development and internal consultation in a complex organization.
- Excellent knowledge of technical software applications and workflows.
- Certification in Change Management such as Prosci, ACMP or equivalent.
This is an exciting opportunity to join KBR, Inc. and contribute to our Autonomous Operation Program.
