About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join our team at Mondrian Abu Dhabi as a Manager, People & Culture. This key role will support the Director of People & Culture in developing and maintaining an exceptional workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process to ensure the selection of top talent that embodies Mondrian's culture and values.
- Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires have an exceptional experience from day one.
- Help develop and implement training programs that empower employees to provide excellent service while enhancing their career growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster job satisfaction and promote a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support the alignment of HR strategies with the hotel's objectives.
