Our team is looking for a Masterplan Design Director to join our project management team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will report directly to the Projects Programme Director and play a crucial role in shaping largescale developments.

The position involves processing and managing the Masterplan Team on behalf of the client, ensuring that all masterplans align with the clients vision and regulatory standards. You will work within a PMC framework coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and innovative urban planning solutions.

  • We are looking for a strategic thinker who can define the overarching design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in design software and tools such as BIM, AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven design analytics.

  • We require someone with in-depth knowledge of local and international planning regulations and standards, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
