Main Responsibilities

  1. Support the files service team in their daily tasks and activities.
  2. Maintain accurate schedules and provide timely feedback, documentation, and information.
  3. Manage CRM/ERP tasks, operations, and processes efficiently.
  4. Oversee the management of prequalification documents and water treatment operations.
  5. Ensure that method statements, official letters to clients and suppliers, costing, and quotations are handled correctly.
  6. Provide regular feedback on all tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Collaborate with Sales and Service Engineers to manage existing and new clients effectively.
  8. Provide back-office support to streamline client and staff interactions.
  9. Handle report filing, document control, and feedback management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems is essential.
  2. Experience in the water treatment industry is highly desirable.
  3. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
