Senior Art Director Role

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project strategy from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and meeting client objectives.

This role requires a highly skilled Art Director who can conceptualize stunning campaigns, pushing boundaries and inspiring audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead conceptual brainstorming sessions and drive visual exploration.
  • Inspire and guide designers to deliver exceptional ideas for digital and print campaigns.
  • Transform creative concepts into outstanding executions within tight deadlines.
  • Determine visual representation, including photography, design elements, and illustrations.
  • Storyboard and sketch ideas to bring concepts to life.
  • Take ownership of creative visuals for new business pitches and campaigns.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics created by the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Art Director in an agency, with at least 3 years as a Senior Art Director.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects).
  • Strong skills in typography, image manipulation, animation, and illustration.
  • A deep understanding of marketing design, layout, and emerging digital platforms.
  • A resilient mindset to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Bonus: Knowledge in UI/UX and designing websites or mobile apps.
