Cleanroom Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Cleanroom Supervisor to join our team at The Healthy Home Global Ltd.

• Lead a team of furniture cleaning technicians to achieve exceptional cleaning standards.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
• Evaluate fabric types to select optimal cleaning methods.
• Supervise deep cleaning, shampooing, stain removal, and nano coating applications.
• Maintain delicate and high-value furniture properly.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure exceptional cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
• Ensure safe chemical usage practices are followed.
• Manage service reports, equipment maintenance, and cleaning schedules accurately.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding furniture cleaning services.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience: 5+ years in furniture cleaning with 2+ years in supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of furniture fabrics, stain removal techniques, and nano coating applications.
Skills & Competencies:
Leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in stain removal, furniture shampooing, and chemical usage.
Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driving license required for site visits and team supervision.
