We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to oversee MEP installations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate site activities for Nathan HR Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage MEP installations at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP services.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure all MEP works align with local regulations and best practices.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering (preferably in construction or facilities management).
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
