We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university and a minimum of 4 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management. They will also have knowledge in the use of QS software CATO or similar and strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Feasibility concept schematic and detailed design cost planning and estimating.
  • Bills of Quantities preparation and Pre-Tender Estimates.
  • Value Engineering.
  • Monthly Cost Reports.
  • Tender services including preparation of Instruction to Tenders, Appendix to Tenders, Particular Conditions, tender analysis, negotiations and recommendations, contract document preparation, attendance of design and commercial meetings, etc.
