Aircraft Maintenance Planner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join our team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have high levels of communication, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster enduring client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for clients worldwide, ensuring timely delivery of value proposition and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance planning and control, ensuring operational safety and financial objectives are met.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding their maintenance requirements.
  • Work with the Maintenance Manager to maximize revenue opportunities within defined timescales and budgetary considerations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting to assigned clients by capturing and reporting relevant costs to the allocated financial analyst.
Main Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional higher education or technical school in Aeronautical Engineering or comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge of OEM support functions for Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Embraer aircraft types.
  • Proficient knowledge of aircraft maintenance and tooling.
  • Solid knowledge of CAR/PART 145 legislation, aircraft safety rules, and regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English knowledge to read technical documentation and communicate necessary work requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of report writing and customer briefing.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements and customer demands.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Great team player and individual, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and similar).
  • Knowledge of Corridor Aircraft Maintenance Software.
