Job Summary
The Senior Government Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a global government affairs strategy that ensures alignment with Etihad's commercial and strategic priorities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global policy strategy that aligns with Etihad's commercial and strategic priorities.
- Build strategic relationships with key government officials and regulatory bodies to advance Etihad's interests.
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory trends to provide actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Develop and oversee a multi-tired engagement framework that fosters seamless coordination across global, regional, and national government entities.
- Cultivate high-level relationships with government officials, policymakers, and international trade bodies.
- Lead Etihad's representation in critical negotiations, bilateral agreements, and strategic alliances.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in government affairs, corporate affairs, public policy, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and international stakeholders.
- Additional certifications in Leadership, Government Relations, Policy Analysis, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
