Flight Attendant

Job Description:
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. This includes instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying and addressing any safety concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Safety Measures:
- You will be responsible for administering first aid to passengers when necessary, and informing your supervisor or flight crew of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- You will work with your team to identify areas of safety risk and take action to mitigate them, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Customer Service:
- You will welcome and assist passengers with boarding formalities, entering data into the aircraft log book as required.
- You will provide constant excellent customer service to passengers, attending to their individual needs and requests.
- You will identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Crosschecking And Reports:
- You will carry out pre-flight checks to ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available, and report any deficiencies to your supervisor or captain.
- You will assist in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations, and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying.
Requirements:
- You must be between 20 and 33 years old.
- You must have a minimum height of 160 cm (5 ft 3 in) for females and 170 cm (5 ft 7 in) for males.
- You must weigh proportionally to your age and height.
- You must have clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform.
- You must be medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
