Our Marketing Team

Our marketing team plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and promoting our services across the region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Promotion
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including integrated campaigns across various channels.
    • Conduct market audience and competitor research to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Design and deliver event-related social media content and artwork, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison for event sponsors, web developers, photographers, videographers, branding suppliers, and the content team.
    • Manage and execute media partnerships to enhance event brand visibility and engagement.
  • Reporting & Operations
    • Prepare detailed weekly reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Update lead reports for the sales team on a daily basis and optimize campaigns to ensure effective results.
    • Conduct weekly audits of the website to identify and implement necessary improvements.
    • Perform data analysis to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event marketing is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing event marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Ahrefs, and Google AdWords.
