Job Description
The Logistics Customer Service Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and streamlining logistics operations across MENA (Gulf) operations. This includes collaborating with distributors, managing suppliers, optimizing shipping schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation. The key responsibilities include interacting with customers, managing full OTC for all customers, creating a continuous improvement and collaborative environment, and ensuring the team operates with professionalism and complies with Clorox standards.

Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of logistics networks and quality management.
  • Capable of delivering business KPI's against target.
