The Strategic Asset Manager will be responsible for developing and executing EAM strategies that align with business goals at HCLTech. This role requires a strong blend of technical, strategic, and leadership skills, with experience spanning IT, operations, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute EAM strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead large-scale EAM implementations or modernization projects across multiple sites or business units.
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement best practices in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in EAM project management, preferably with industry-leading platforms like IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle EAM.
- Proven track record in delivering measurable business value through EAM implementation.
- Experience in change management methodologies to drive EAM adoption.
