  • Traveling to patients' homes to manage their care plans according to physicians' instructions.
  • Administering medication and insulin, as well as completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
  • Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene tasks.
  • Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and signs of infection, and monitoring patient recovery.
  • Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions, while educating caregivers and family on aftercare or ongoing care.
  • Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Clinical knowledge and skills, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes and adapt to changing environments and situations.
