Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Pool Attendant Lead to join our team at one of our prestigious properties. As a key member of our swim team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pool area, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist them with their needs at the pool.
- Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Perform regular checks of pool water quality and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Distribute towels, amenities, and refreshments to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide information about pool hours, services, and activities.
- Collaborate with the lifeguard team to respond swiftly to any safety-related incidents.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas, upholding our brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience of 2 years in a hotel environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work harmoniously with a multi-national team.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work, including lifting and moving pool equipment.
