Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Category Finance and FP&A Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key player in constructing a full-picture narrative of our company's financial health, you will be instrumental in shaping strategy with your insights. This role offers more than just numbers – it's an opportunity to drive smarter business decisions and make complex financial data tell compelling stories.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Monthly Management Reports: Prepare detailed reports, including P&L account and BS Analytics, to keep stakeholders informed about our financial performance.
  2. Data Review and Investigation: Identify and investigate any issues with data submissions, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining the integrity of our financial information.
  3. Business Partnerships: Collaborate with teams to provide guidance on Group policies and reporting requirements, as well as advise on budgeting and forecasting strategies.
  4. Analytical Insights: Consolidate and analyze results, driving the plan and forecasting cycle forward with actionable recommendations.
  5. Marketing and Supply Alignment: Partner with Marketing and Supply teams to align budgets, brand strategies, and spends, track marketing KPIs (SOV, ROI), and ensure compliance.
  6. Presentations and Reporting: Craft engaging presentations for leadership that encapsulate financial insights and strategies, effectively communicating complex data to drive decision-making.
  7. Process Improvement: Contribute to business process improvements, upholding our commitment to accuracy and compliance.
