Requirements
  1. Front-End Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development using React.js.
  2. Responsive Web Design: Strong understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and mobile-first design.
  3. Integration with Backend Services: Experience integrating with backend services, APIs, and working closely with backend teams.
  4. Familiarity with UX/UI Principles: Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools.
  5. Customer-Facing Web Applications: Experience with customer and staff-facing web applications (e.g., DMRS, ERAD) and working on digital channels (web apps, mobile apps, WhatsApp integration).
  6. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  7. RESTful APIs: Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  8. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
