We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Planner Position to join our planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Planning Manager in OTB management and working closely with all business units to ensure buying is in line with issued plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the tracking of seasonal launch availability and highlighting any delays to business units.
  • Closely monitoring the monthly intake plan for rolling 12 months and managing cash flow.
  • Managing stock allocation for 45 stores and setting up business reports through system tools.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Providing excellent support to the Planning Manager and business units.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data extraction for business planning.
Requirements:
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Able to handle complexity and provide clear communication.
  • Highly numerate and attention to detail.
  • Good communicator and cultural awareness.
  • Graduate or graduate calibre.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and SAP an advantage.
