About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As part of this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and carrying out preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems and equipment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute service and maintenance tasks in line with company best practices.
  • Carry out service, maintenance, and retrofit projects on HVAC systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large-scale projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of HVAC installations.
  • Plan, schedule, direct, monitor, and control uniform service execution.
  • Attend critical infrastructure sites and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in servicing, maintenance, and overhauling of HVAC Systems, Air Cooled Chillers, Compressor Overhauling, specifically reciprocating and screw compressors.
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience of working on HVAC systems, mostly on Chillers, Braizing, Vacuum, Pressure Test.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical single-line diagrams of HVAC systems.
  • Experience in handling reports and communications in a concise manner.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • Valid driving license.
