Job Description

  • Establish and manage facilities to ensure high levels of security, safety, and availability.
  • Provide planning techniques and guidance in developing a transparent system of progress measurement.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs effectively and efficiently.
  • Administer the maintenance program efficiently.
  • Plan for sufficient Human Resources to maintain cost-effective and efficient processes.
  • Ensure maintenance contracts meet the Company's technical requirements.
  • Integrate World Class quality standards into all maintenance processes.
  • Develop team members' skills for individual and organizational improvement.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are fully met.
  • Maintain effective records in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Enter relevant data accurately into ERP.
  • Take ownership of facility maintenance processes and liaise with the Senior Manager Quality.
  • Develop overall maintenance management strategy for individual buildings.
  • Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance parameters.
  • Liaise with Senior Manager Procurement & Contracts team for material procurement and contract conclusions.
  • Qualify/certify Mechanical Workshops for the capability to provide qualitative spare parts.
  • Establish contracts with Workshops for fast response and parts provision.
  • Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for utility systems and equipment.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports.
  • Liaise with management to identify new/upgraded facilities needed.
  • Set up and maintain contracts with MEP/utility suppliers.
  • Develop systems and processes for continuous maintenance of required services.
  • Advise on energy efficiency and effective use of space.
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance services and repairs.
  • Conduct site visits for inspections and monitor project progress.
  • Build maintenance procedures and manuals.
  • Perform other tasks as allocated by reporting Manager.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze maintenance data based on OEM Manuals.
  • Coordinate with production team leaders and regulatory authorities.
  • Participate in Product Definition Reviews and technical meetings.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for Maintenance Engineering activities.
  • Identify high maintenance cost drivers and propose solutions.
  • Conduct maintenance budgeting and costing.
  • Prepare and analyze maintenance history.
  • Monitor and analyze preventive maintenance plans.
  • Maintain equipment reliability and operating profit through efficient planned maintenance.
