We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team at Intelligent Solutions HR. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Zoho applications.
Your primary objective will be to ensure these systems run efficiently and in line with business processes. You will collaborate closely with different departments to streamline operations, implement best practices, and provide support for the Zoho suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and configure Zoho One and its associated applications as needed.
- Customize and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem to align with business requirements.
- Manage user access and security settings, including roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Regularly monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Customize Zoho modules, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and other features based on business needs.
- Develop and implement custom workflows, automations, and custom functions using Zoho's built-in tools like Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party applications (e.g., Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc.) to streamline workflows and data sharing.
- Automate manual processes using Zoho Flow.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective use of Zoho applications.
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve technical problems related to Zoho applications.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials for Zoho users.
- Ensure the Zoho system is up-to-date with the latest features, patches, and upgrades.
- Regularly back up data and perform system health checks to prevent data loss or system downtime.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide Zoho solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Design and develop customized reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure seamless integration between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.
- Work with the finance team to automate workflows, financial reporting, tax calculations, and reconciliation processes.
- Stay up-to-date with new Zoho features and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
- Suggest new features or enhancements to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
