About the Role:
Job OverviewNew England Design & Construction is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive proposals that meet client needs and showcase our expertise in water treatment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Proposal Content: Create detailed proposal content outlining wastewater, sewage, and water treatment plant requirements for clients.
- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with our engineering team to design and develop detailed wastewater, water, and sewage treatment plant facilities.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients regarding project status and ensure their needs are met.
- Site Inspections and Meetings: Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings as required to ensure project progress and client satisfaction.
- Kick-off Meetings: Participate in kick-off meetings with clients upon acceptance of a project proposal, ensuring clear project objectives and expectations.
- Treatment Process Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Seawater (R/O) Desalination systems, Water and Wastewater Treatment Equipment & Processes, including Pre/Post treatment methods.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
