Job Summary:
Career Opportunity in Dubai - Site Maintenance Coordinator.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Maintenance Coordinator. This role requires coordination and assistance of tradesmen and workers in carrying out periodic site maintenance work.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing reactive maintenance and repairs of civil assets, including structural repairs, masonry, carpentry, and painting. They will also provide technical support and guidance to the team in all aspects of civil maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Additionally, they will monitor work status in CAFM systems or equivalent tools to ensure civil tasks are progressing as planned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management:
- Monitor and manage reactive maintenance and repairs of civil assets, including structural repairs, masonry, carpentry, and painting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team in all aspects of civil maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Monitor work status in CAFM systems or equivalent tools to ensure civil tasks are progressing as planned.

- Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal use for reactive maintenance and troubleshooting activities related to civil works.
- Manage inventory in CAFM systems or equivalent tools, ensuring that consumables and materials related to civil maintenance are available as needed.

- Safety & Compliance:
- Plan and schedule reactive maintenance work for civil tasks, ensuring that a safe system of work is in place for all activities, including structural, masonry, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for safe working practices and adherence to safety regulations in civil maintenance.

- Civil Maintenance:
- Conduct regular QHSE inspections (L10) of civil infrastructure, ensuring the building and structural integrity meet safety standards.
- Ensure timely reporting and resolution of all civil maintenance issues and addressing reactive maintenance tasks as they arise.

Requirements:
- Civil Engineering /Diploma with 5 years' experience in FM field.
- IOSH Supervising Safely or Equivalent.
- At least 4 years' experience in Engineering role.
- Good knowledge in all elements of FM services.
- Fluency in English, Additional language is a plus.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
