Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team at Ghobash Trading & Investment Company. As an AutoCAD specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings, cutlists, and as-builts.

Your primary focus will be on preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details. You will work closely with the Design Coordinator to prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications.

In addition to your drafting skills, you will also be responsible for coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings and other trades. This includes managing ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines, as well as filing and managing drawings.

You will also be required to prepare detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.

This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. If you have experience in architectural drafting and are proficient in AutoCAD, we encourage you to apply for this position.
