Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking all aspects of commercial delivery from cost planning to cost reporting and change management.
  • Assisting with account selection, payment of subcontractors, measurement of works, valuations, and commercial responsibility for all project financial matters.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting in the procurement of subcontractors, measurements, and payment of subcontractors.
  • Conducting cost reporting and forecasting to ensure accurate budgeting and cash flow management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in Civil or Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years post-graduate experience in a related field, preferably with aviation terminal construction experience.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal reasoning, and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East is required.
