We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Director to manage the construction department as part of the site supervision team in the region. This role requires a senior-level professional with a strong track record in delivering complex projects, particularly in the hotel sector. The successful candidate will have a minimum qualification of BSc or BEng and at least 15 years of experience, with 8 years in a similar role.
About the Role
As a Construction Director, you will be responsible for overall construction management and control, monitoring contractors' compliance with contractual responsibilities, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety. You will also be required to manage key stakeholder interfaces, including client departments and government agencies.
Responsibilities:
