About the Job

This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the marketing strategy and direction of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). As a Senior Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the reputation of ADGM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with ADGM's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for ADGM to differentiate itself.

Operational Requirements:

  • Licence and supervise Recognised Investment Exchanges, Recognised Clearing Houses, MTFs and OTFs, Remote Bodies and Remote Members.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director on changes to regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are conducted in accordance with ADGM's brand guidelines and code of conduct.
  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
