- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to prioritize features and improve the product design process.
- Design System and Workflow: Utilize and contribute to the design system, UX/UI workflows, and the general SDLC to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research, interviews, and capture end-to-end experience maps, user flows, and create information architectures to inform design decisions.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes using UI/UX prototyping tools like Figma and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
- 8+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
