We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Expert to join our HR team at Solutions+ (A Mubadala company). As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective organizational structures that align with business objectives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in organizational development, change management, and process improvement.
Responsibilities- Organizational Development:
- Analyze and develop effective organizational structures that meet business requirements.
- Implement structural changes and communicate them to employees.
- Collaborate with management to review and approve job descriptions created or modified based on organizational needs.
- Coordinate with management to approve hiring plans and requisitions in collaboration with the team.
- Review and obtain management approval on job descriptions for new and existing roles.
- Finalize candidate selections, arrange offers, and oversee onboarding processes.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires by managing internal onboarding logistics (desk setup, IT access, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HRBP or related field
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in ERP experience - Oracle (DOF experience)
