Job Description:

The Assessment and Accreditation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing assessment policies, frameworks, and processes to evaluate student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. This includes collaborating with academic and administrative units to establish measurable goals, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies that enhance program quality and student success.

The successful candidate will have experience analyzing assessment data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and requirements from regional and international accrediting bodies is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement university-wide assessment policies, frameworks, and processes to evaluate student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with academic and administrative units to establish measurable goals, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies that enhance program quality and student success.
  3. Analyze assessment data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in education, assessment, higher education administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in academic assessment, program effectiveness, and accreditation processes within higher education
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and requirements from regional and international accrediting bodies

Skills / Training / Knowledge

  • Expertise in assessment design, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply accreditation policies and standards
