Job Description:

As a Ledger Specialist, you will be responsible for handling journal entries, maintaining accounts and records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, preparing and filing VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations, managing quotations, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting by performing periodic reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Manage quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.

Requirements:
