Job Description:

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Offshore Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of offshore structures and ensuring their structural integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 12 years in senior roles related to offshore structural engineering. You will also have expertise in primary structures and jacket design, as well as proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of offshore structures
  • Ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil and gas industry
  • Minimum 12+ years' experience as a Senior Offshore Structural Engineer
  • Expertise in primary structures and jacket design
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
