  2. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards to maintain the highest level of quality.
  3. Safety Management: Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment and minimize risks.
  4. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  5. Communication: Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for the project.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.
  8. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or delays.

Qualifications:

Remote Work: This role is based onsite and requires regular presence at the project location.
