Job Description

Progetti Europa & Global S.p.A is seeking an International Shipping Officer to join our team. This role will involve coordinating the shipping activities of our company, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with international and local suppliers to ensure products are imported on time and in complete condition.
  • Preparing shipping documents and updating the logistic register for each project.
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and vendors to arrange shipments and coordinate delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipping documents and storage of documents against every shipment project-wise.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Educated to graduation level (mandatory)
  • Diploma or additional certification in logistics preferred.
  • 10 years working experience in the industry (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in transportation and shipping in a manufacturing environment (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in importing equipment to Iraq (mandatory)
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage logistics personnel and systems.
