Talents Tide is a leading Dubai Government-owned entity seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of CEO Office Director. This role is critical in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and effective communication across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior management in high-pressure environments. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, with a Master's Degree preferred. The successful candidate will possess strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administrative Leadership: Manage and oversee the provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring effective schedule management, preparation of correspondence, and coordination of key meetings.
- Strategic Document Preparation: Conduct strategic reviews and prepare communications, reports, and presentations for the Group CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the focal point between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure smooth interactions and communication.
- Meeting Participation and Action Management: Attend critical meetings with the Group CEO, participate in business reviews, and ensure the effective implementation of action items while regularly updating on progress and challenges.
- Project Management: Monitor and manage the Group CEO's key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy and tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
