Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and supporting operational purchasing tasks, ensuring seamless supply chain management and efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in local purchasing tasks, including evaluating optimal logistics solutions to support cost-effective flow of goods.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support supplier invoice control and customs procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Manage defined IM categories on delegation, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Follow up and report on agreed KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
