Main Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Operational Management: Oversee the operation of the medical facility, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining patient records
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed and resolve cases where the facility is out of compliance
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

In this role, you will also possess overall knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) business management, including pricing, financial reporting, census measures, variance reports, labor reports, etc. You will conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and support the Operations Director in delivering company vision, values, and strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB)
  • 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Experience in Industrial Medicine, Occupational Health, Emergency & Ambulance is preferred
  • Home Country License
