Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and maintain payroll records including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks, and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims.
- Leave Management: Monitor and track employee leave balances, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and handle leave requests, approvals, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure effective delivery of services and resolve issues as needed, and communicate effectively with employees and management to ensure seamless HR operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on recruiting, payroll, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Please note that this role is only open to candidates who possess sponsored/dependent/own visa.
