As a Motor Claims Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that motor claims are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

The job holder will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and implementing claims management, salvage and settlement operations.
  2. Supervising a team of Supervisors and Claims Assistants to ensure that motor claims are managed promptly.
  3. Monitoring claims for coverage in line with policy terms to reduce costs.
  4. Scrutinizing and investigating claims, ensuring appropriate loss reserves and up-to-date records.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  2. Relevant certifications: Certificate in Insurance (CII), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate or Diploma in Chartered Insurance Institute (Dip CII or ACII), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Fellow Insurance Institute of India (FIII).
  3. 6-8 years of relevant experience in the UAE Insurance sector.
  4. Proficient in English and Arabic.
