Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Labvantage Consultant to join our team at Dice. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Labvantage systems, providing technical support, and collaborating with lab management teams to implement new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development: Develop and enhance Labvantage systems, including requirement analysis, designing, programming, configuration, upgrades/patches, system documentation, custom reports, bug fixes, and training.
• Technical Support: Provide support for Labvantage systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, administration, upgrades/patches, system documentation, bug fixes, and training.
• Collaboration: Meet with lab management teams to plan the implementation of Labvantage, enhancements, and assess impact to operations and necessary workflow changes.
• Data Management: Configure and support Labvantage analysis, test lists, and other Labvantage static data as needed.
• Reporting: Develop Crystal and Excel reports, data reports to customers, Key Performance Indicator reports, and any other reports needed to support laboratory functions.

Requirements:

• At least 8+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience with Labvantage.
