The ideal candidate will have expertise in procurement operations, supplier management, contract negotiation, and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals.
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
    • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Contract & Compliance Management:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts to ensure favorable terms.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • ERP System & Data Management:
    • Utilize Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics for procurement transactions, reporting, and vendor management.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of procurement records in ERP systems.
  • Cost & Budget Management:
    • Track procurement expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
    • Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product/service quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to meet procurement needs.
    • Communicate procurement strategies and updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of procurement experience in the private sector (Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, Retail, etc.).
    • Experience handling procurement in a multi-vendor and global supplier environment.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics (mandatory).
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
    • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
    • Proficiency in ERP-based procurement workflows and analytics.
    • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights.
