Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement solutions that address complex commercial negotiations, particularly on large-scale projects.
  3. Provide expert advice on real estate matters, including high-stakes negotiations and financial acumen.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners and developers, acting as a trusted advisor and mediator.
  5. Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to large-scale property development in the Region.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate and commercial negotiations.
  2. Senior advisor with expertise in complex commercial negotiations, particularly on large-scale projects.
  3. Real estate experience is a must, with a strong understanding of the Region's market.
  4. Expertise in high-stakes negotiations and ability to drive the entire process end-to-end.
  5. Aptitude for financial acumen to evaluate different negotiation outcomes.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Regional experience is a prerequisite, with a strong understanding of the Region's culture and business practices.
  8. Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
